H. Nichole Jelks is the youngest of eight children. This large family experience provided her with early insights into the complex relational dynamics that she addresses throughout this book.
Her spiritual foundation was established at her family church where she served in multiple capacities of ministry. She is a licensed Evangelist, an ordained Elder, and holds a B.A.in General Ministry. Nichole has twenty plus years in Information Technology and current role as CEO of Executive Motions LLC provide her with valuable organizational and interpersonal insights that inform her approach to church challenges.
